1-8: Step diagonally R, Hold, syncopated sailor, ¼ sailor R, ¼ turn R, ½ turn R
1-2 Step diagonally forward on R, Hold
&3-4 cross L behind R, step R to R side, step L to L side
5&6 cross R behind L, step L to L side, turn ¼ R stepping R fw
7-8 turn ¼ R stepping L to L side (facing 6’clock), turn ½ turn R over your R shoulder stepping R foot to R side (facing 12 o’clock)

9-16: L cross touch, side step, R cross touch, side step, point L back, ½ turn L, point R fw, point R back
1-2 cross touch L over R, step L to L side
3-4 cross touch R over L, step R to R side
5-6 point L back, turn ½ turn L stepping onto L
7-8 point R fw, point R back

17-24: Step back, Hold, & point back, ¼ R, 2 x R kick ball steps fw
1-2 step back onto R, hold (option: do a body roll backwards over 2 counts)
&3-4 bring L next to R, point R back, turn ¼ R on L foot (weight stays on L)
5&6 kick R fw, step back on ball of R, step fw on L (lowering a little in your knees)
7&8 kick R fw, step back on ball of R, step fw on L (lowering a little in your knees)

25-32: step fw on R, ¼ L, R sailor, L sailor, cross behind, unwind ¾ turn R
1-2 step fw on R, turn ¼ L (weight on L)
3&4 cross R behind L, step L to L side, step R to R side
5&6 cross L behind R, step R to R side, step L to L side
7-8 cross R behind L, unwind ¾ R on the spot bringing R next to L (weight on L)
